Dear Parents and Guardians,
We understand our students and families may choose to travel during the Thanksgiving season. Due to the recent public health concerns related to Covid-19, we are taking steps to limit exposure within our community.
Students and families who have traveled to regions with a CDC level 2 or 3 travel warning for Covid-19, to an area where a state of emergency has been declared, or have interacted with anyone who has or is suspected of having contracted Covid-19 will be required to self isolate for 14 days. Self isolation means :
Remain at home
Do not attend any gatherings
Monitor; temperature, cough, difficulty breathing
We are dedicated to maintaining the safety of our fantastic Preschool staff and students. This is an evolving and fluid time during which we thank you for your continued cooperation as we navigate this unprecedented situation.

The Session voted to discontinue worship services and the Preschool program until further notice. We wish everyone health and peace during this world crisis.
Dear Family and Friends of the FPC Preschool.
Due to the Virginia Governor’s mandate to close public schools and the President of the United States declaring the corona virus situation as a national emergency we have decided to temporarily suspend the Preschool Program at First Presbyterian church. We regret any inconvenience this may cause to you and your children. The Preschool will be closed from Monday March 16, 2020 through Friday March 27, 2020.
Preschool Orientation will be held on August 22nd at 6:30 PM. Family is welcome and please bring school supplies with you! 🙂
The First Day of Preschool is September 3rd!
The 2019-2020 school year is approaching and we are so excited! Sign-ups have already begun and we are filling up fast. We offer both part and full-time childcare for 2, 3, and 4 year olds in a classroom setting. If you are interested in our preschool we suggest you schedule a tour, we would love to meet you and your child!
Waynesboro City Schools are closed today, so the preschool will be closed as well. Due to power outages and safety concerns, extended day will also be closed. Please stay safe!
